Bookings are ONLY confirmed once a 30% deposit and signed contract is received. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and the balance is due 14 days before the event. Total amount of guests to be confirmed 14 days in advance, which must include artists, photographers etc. Beverages and extras to be settled on the day

Musicians, artists, bands are only allowed if management approval

All functions to be completed 3hrs from reservation time, except for Nikah 2hrs. A fixed penalty of R500 per hour will be charged thereafter

No extra foodstuffs, beverages or equipment is allowed without prior consent

Alhambra Restaurant and its staff will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal items

VENUE EXCLUSIVITY will only be allowed to 120pax and above
